】、、摘 要 近年来中小企业不断受到经济大潮的冲击,正面临前所未有的压力。融资、成本、用人等难题在深深的困扰着中小企业的发展和生存。其中用人难尤其明显,用人难,用人荒困难正成为各中小企业发展的首要难题,很多中小企业想要发展却没有所需要的人才。加上自身人力资源管理的不够完善在招聘过程中很容易进入“误区”,导致自身招聘效率低下,优质人才和企业付出不成正比。 我认为应该通过对现代中小企业的调查了解企业自身特点后,梳理企业招聘流程,通过人力资源管理科学的分析,完善企业招聘的方式方法,解决“怎样才能提高企业招聘效率?什么样的招聘才是有效的招聘?影响企业招聘的因素又有哪些?”等问题。从而达到提高中小企业招聘有效性的目的。 我将对H公司的招聘进行分析,同时根据招聘有效性的原则,提出改善该企业招聘的方法。 关键词:中小企业 招聘 有效性招聘 Abstract In recent years, small and medium-sized enterprises has been the impact of the economic tide, is facing the hitherto unknown pressure.
