My paper based on the domestic and foreign research results of evaluation of core competence of enterprise and use the grey relational analysis on the development direction of the manufacture mobil-phone Industry.In order to improve the accuracy and personal factor caused the weight deviation, my paper combines the entropy method and grey relational analysis to establish the entropy method and grey relational analysis model.The model first from human resource, technical innovation, intellectual property, ability to organize and coordinate, the ability of planning control evaluate the profitability and the sustainability.Than combine their perfoemance to evaluate the core competence and given the homologous improved susgestion.Thesis research conclud that the core competence of enterprise only
