摘要 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV  PAGE 9 油用牡丹“凤丹白”中FAD2-1基因的表达模式分析 摘 要 油用牡丹不仅具有观赏价值、药用价值还具有食用价值，它作为我国新兴的一种木本油料植物还具备很重要的油用价值。除此之外，油用牡丹在油料植物中还具有 明显的“三高一低”，即产出率高、含油率高、品质高、投入成本低的特点【4】。油用牡丹本身的产籽量大且周期短、种子中的含油量大、种子量来源广资源丰富、生长条件的要求不高，因此，油用牡丹能大面积种植，并可在荒山荒地林下种植，从而快速实现产业化生产。在生物体的脂类代谢中，脂肪酸脱氢酶很重要，它是一类催化脂肪酸链的特定位置形成双键并产生不饱和脂肪酸的酶类。在植物中，脂肪酸脱氢酶（FAD2、FAD3、FAD6、FAD7和FAD8）主要有5种【22】。油酸脱氢酶是由FAD2-1基因编码的，它主要在???子的发育过程起催化作用，能够将作为储存脂成分的油酸转变为亚油酸。研究油用牡丹种子中脂肪酸脱氢酶的表达模式，对于其含油率的提高有着重要的作用，从而增加我国食用油的来源、经济水平的提高。本文采用CTAB-LiCl法提取牡丹种子RNA ，半定量RT-PCR法分析FAD2-1基因在油用牡丹‘凤丹白’中的的表达量，可以定性得到FAD2-1基因在种子中的作用趋势，为进一步研究牡丹的出油率提供理论基础。 关键词：油用牡丹，凤丹白，FAD2-1，表达模式 Analysis of the expression pattern of FAD2-1 gene in the oil peony Feng Dan Bai ABSTRACT 【Oil peony not only has the ornamental value, medicinal value also has edible value, it is a kind of new woody oil plants in China also have very important value for oil.
