The current personnel management analysis, and find out the existing problems, and proposed solutions. To develop the hungry system for the personnel systems research, put forward to develop the feasibility analysis. The design of the system structure has used the data flow graph, the system function structure diagram of the system all the required data. In the system design, detailed has unfolded the system each function module, the database tables and table field, the system menu design. Implementation of the system, given the systems login interface, realization form the corresponding function to control a event code. In the implementation of system profiles are given in the system development environment, the system movement and the maintenance, the system security and the reliability design.
