摘 要 随着我国民主政治的发展，私营企业主阶层进行政治参与已经成为普遍现象。作为 一个新兴阶层，私营企业主阶层的政治参与方式对其它的社会阶层起到示范和向导作 用，因此对政府来说，解决好私营企业主阶层在政治参与中遇到的种种问题，能够为其 它阶层政治参与树立榜样、加强社会稳定、推进民主发展。但是由于该阶层开始进行政 治参与的时间短，发展速度快，使他们的政治参与行为和原有的参与体制及政治结构发 生碰撞，不可避免地在参与中存在一些不完善的地方。私营企业主阶层在政治参与过程 中，受主客观因素的影响导致政治冷漠、非制度化政治参与等现象的出现，如果这些现 象得不到及时解决，将会危害到社会公平、政治稳定，同时会影响到社会主义建设已经 取得的成果。因此，需要政府部门、私营企业主阶层、社会组织采取有效措施，多管齐 下，及时解决该阶层在政治参与中所面临的困境 关键词：私营企业主阶层政治参与困境 Abstract With the development of democratic politics in China,the private entrepreneur stratum’ participation in political affairs has bec．,ome a common phenomenon．As all emerging class， private entrepreneur stratum’political participation methods play a role model and guide for other sectors of society．Therefore the Government should solve the various problems that appear in the process of political participation of private entrepreneurs．In this case，it can set an example for other sectors’political participation，at the same time，it Can also strengthen social stability and promote democratic development．However,due to political participation of this class begins in a short time and develops fast,SO that their political participation has clashed with the original participation system and political structure，which caused some inevitable imperfect place in the process of this class’S political participation．Affected by objective and subjective factors，some parts of the Private entrepreneurs become impassive for the political participation，and the non—institutionalized political participation phenomenon emerges in this process．If these phenomena couldn’t be resolved promptly，it would destroy the social justice，political stability，and influence the achievement of the socialist construction． Therefore，it needs government departments，private entrepreneurs，and social organizations to take effectNe measures to solve difficulties which exist in the process of private entrepreneurs’political participation． Key words：private entrepreneur stratum，political participation，difficulties II 目 录 中文摘
