II ABSTRACT Recently，with the growing economic power, enterprise charity gets more and more society and corporation’s attention. Enterprise charity brings lots of benefits to society and enterprise. Enterprise charity makes up for the shortcomings of the social security system and has advantages for social stability and orderly development; Enterprise charity stables socio-economic order and promotes economic growth; It improves outer management environment of enterprise, and establishes the basis of enterprise constant development．Donor motivation is main in external drive, donation strategic is indistinct, charity domain is main in poverty alleviation and disaster relief and charity management is extensive in enterprise charity of contemporary China. Since the founding of New China, considerable progress has been made in Chinas charity cause. However, because of various reasons, there are many questions in Chinas enterprise charity: The rate of donation is not high；The level of donation is low；The enterprises are lack of initiative and plan．To look for the causes，we find the status is related to social cultural environment，government administrative system and the credit of charity organization，but most of all，the belief and management of enterprise is also related to the status．These questions affect the development of our enterprise charity. So, for enterprise charity of contemporary china existing question, it puts forward the following countermeasures: Firstly, the good foundation: cultivate social cultural environment; Secondly, the premise: develop non-governmental charity organization; Thirdly, the security: reinforce laws and regulations construction; Fourthly, the key: change their ideas, strengthen charity management.
