企合作模式;规范创业教育评价是开展创业教育的保障,评价是否科学合理,关
系到创业教育能否走上正轨,能否摆脱“应试教育”的阴影,又由于创业教育的
概念有三层含义,创业教育的目标是多方面的,因此创业教育的评价原则和评价
方法也应是多样的。创业教育的评价原则应以纵向评价为主,横向评价为辅,自
我评价为主,他人评价为辅,社会评价为主,学校评价为辅,改进和管理功能为
主,鉴定选择功能为辅。评价的方法包括测验法、观察法、问卷法、评定法、访
谈法等。最后,加强创业教育教师队伍建设是开展创业教育的关键,高素质的教
师队伍是教学成功的保证,但现有的师资还不能完全适应创业教育的开展,因此
本文针对现有师资的缺欠提出了几点解决对策:学校和社会创造条件让现有教师
体验创业,直接聘请企业界人士加盟创业教育的教学,鼓励教师对创业教育进行
理论研究,加强对教师综台素质的培养等等。这样,创业教育的实施方案才有可
能真正付诸实行、落到实处。

Abstract:Enterprise education is a kind of new educational coflcept,aiming at
cultivating the college students from four aspects:the consciousness of start undertaking,
the psychological quality of start undertaking,the ability of start undertaking and the
knowledge of start undertaking.Developing enterprise education in higher schools is the
new request for the reform and development of the social—economic development,a
need for the reforms of higher school itself and a big trend for international
development.The nation that makes much of enterprise.education will get new point of
economic growth and high position of the national development strategy in the future.
The education has never been like today to cultivate talented people for the unknown
society of future.At the age of“the plan fail to catch variety”,to a great extent,the
talented people traditionally cultivated have lagged behind the social.economic
development.Education should have ability to adapt to the future.Therefore.education
for college students to hunt jOb and start business emerge with the tide of the times.
Because the enterprise education in China starts very late,it hasn’t been a body system
in many aspects and stilI not perfect.The thesis discusses the necessity and scheme of
enterprise education from the perspective ofpedagogy instead oftraditional economics,
