预存式自体输血对结直肠癌患者围术期细胞免疫功能的 影响 【摘要】 目的：观察预存式自体输血对结直肠癌患者围术期细胞免疫功能的影 响。方法：研究经医院伦理委员会批准，患者在术前均签署知情同意 书。选择直肠癌、结肠癌ASA I～II级病人40例，其中男性24女性16 例，年龄49—65岁，体质量46—85 kg，Hb1209／L，Hct0．35，无内 分泌及免疫性疾病，无放疗、化疗和激素治疗史。将病人随机分为两 组：预存式自体输血组(P组)和异体输血(H组)。预存式自体输血 (P)组：对Hb12 Og／L，HCT0．35，PLT1 00 x 10。9／L，心、 肺、肝、肾功能正常。凝血酶原时间正常，估计术中有出血的择期手 术患者，采血前签自体输血同意书后，手术前一周内采血400ml，采 集后血袋标记清楚放在血库专用冰箱内保存，在手术中止血完毕后 回输。异体输血组(H组)：患者手术前配悬浮红细胞2u(400 m1)， 手术中止血完毕后输入。 t!t黼3-法-两组病例均在麻醉诱导前、输血前、手术后第1天、手术 后第5天分别抽取静脉血，以流式细胞仪测定T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、 CD4+、C08+和NK细胞(CD56+)数量的变化，并计算CD4+／CDS+比值。 结果-麻醉前和输血前两组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+／CD8+ 和NKN胞(CD56+)数量差异无统计学意义，但输血前两组患cD3+、 CD4+、CD8+、CD4+／CD8+和NKN胞(CD56+)数量均较麻醉前有不同 Effects of preoperative autologous blood dontion on cellular immunity function in patients with colorectal cancer in perioperative period． [Abstract] Objective：Objective：To observe the effects ofpreoperative autologous blood dontion on cellular immunity function in patients with colorectal cancer in perioperative period．Method：The research upon the approval of the hospital ethics committee，the patients sign the informed consent in the preoperative．Forty ASA 1～II paitents晰th colorectal cancer were involved in our study．，including male 1 6，female 24 cases，aged 49-65，46—85 k ofbody mass，Hb120 g／L，Hct0．35，no endocrine and immune disease，there is no history of radiotherapy，chemotherapy and hormonal therapy．All the patients were randomly divided into two groups：prestorage autologus blood transfusion group(group V,n220)， homologous transfusion group(group H，n=20)．400ml blood was sampled in one week before surgery in group P，then stored in blood bank special refrigerator．2 u(400 m1)red blood cell suspensions was matched for every patient in group H preoperatively．All the blood were then infused after the completion of hemostasis．Detection method：At the time of before anesthesia induction，one day before blood transfusion and five 6 days sailer surgery,the number ofthe T lymphocyte subsets CD3+，CD4+， CD8+，CD4+／CD8+ratio and NK cells in p
