PAGE 大型钢铁企业现代物流发展对策的研究 ——以大连特钢为例 摘要 随着国家经济的发展和社会的不断进步，城市规模的不断发展壮大，越来越多的有一定环境污染的大型企业处在了城市的发展中心。这些企业需要从城市中心迁出，进行环保搬迁改造，东北特钢大连基地就是这样的一家大型特钢企业。 论文先介绍了大连特钢的概况，然后分析了厂内钢铁物流的一般流程，及其物流管理要点。对东北特钢大连基地的新老厂的物流模式进行了分析和评价，以大连特钢为例分析了我国大型钢铁企业物流管理的现状和问题，进而通过SWOT分析找到解决问题的对策。 关键词： 钢铁物流 钢铁企业 SWOT分析 Research on The countermeasure for the modern logistics development of large steel enterprise ——A Case Study of Dalian Steel ABSTRAC With the national economic development, social progress, and the expansion of city size, more and more enterprises in large scales which have pollutions to the environment in certain are in the center for the urban development. These companies need to move out from the city center and to have transformation to protect the environment of the city. Dalian Base of Dongbei Special Steel Group Co. Ltd is such a company. The first, this thesis introduces the general situation of Dongbei Special Steel Group Co. Ltd and then analyzes the general process of the steel factory logistics and logistics management points. And also, this paper analyzes and evaluates the new and old logistics mode of Dalian Base. Finally，the paper analyzed the status and problems of logistics management of the large iron and steel enterprises in China and then through the SWOT analysis to find solutions to this problem.
