Abstract Tumen River Growth Triangle，as the Golden Triangle in Northeast Asia，has achieved the periodical result over the past ten years of development．The level of development， however,is still at its lower stage，and it is still quite difficult tO meet the aims of resource integration and the integration of factors that flow freely．However，under the current situation，we find it possible tO achieve the integration in certain field or industry， Particularly,the tourism industry in Tumen River Growth Triangle，which owns excellent tourism resource，has the priority tO develop．So，It is very important to study the development of the tourism industry in Tumen Growth Triangle．Under such a background， this article is trying to propose the development mode of tourism industry cluster in Tureen River Growth Triangle，trying to offer a solution to the integrated development in this area． With reference to the relative theories of regional economics，industrial economics， tourism economics and economic geography,using the tools of positive analysis， normative analysis，static analysis，dynamic analysis，qualitative analysis，empirical analysis and systems analysis，this article has tried to summarize the theory and the general law of the development of the tourism industrial cluster in the Growth Triangle．Further more，combined with the current situation of development，we have raised the development mode of the tourism industrial cluster in Tumen River Growth Triangle，and finally offered the solutions． This article is composed of four chapters apart from the preface and the summary． Chapter one，a summary on the theoretical framework of the tourism industrial cluster in the Growth Triangle．This chapter firstly proposed the basic theory of tourism industrial cluster,including the notion，the characteristics，the conditions of forming and development，the processes of development and the law of development，especially defined the tourism industrial cluster and gave a definition from the aspect
