掘建!!匝菹盔堂亟±堂位迨塞 ： Summary It has been said that“FuJian has many spiritual materials，and the east of it is for is abundant．’’The“three blocks and seven streets”．which has always been named“the Ming and Qing Dynasties historic building museum,is an important chip of FuZhou civic culture competitive power．It is one of the FuZhou’S city charm，and its charm with difficulty resists and its culture and social value are cannot be substituted in the metropolis modernization advancement．The“three blocks and seven streets’’occupys an area of 440，000 square meters，and it is the only Ming and Qing Dynasties ancient common people residence architectural complex extant in our country．Some famous people that had done great contributions to our history had lived there for a long time． They did much for the development of the modem China in politics，military,education and some other field So why the culture in the modern“three blocks and seven streets’’ prosperity?How those famous people did jn modem times?Why it isn’t prosperity any more?Now，what we can do to restore its prospers?In this paper,1 will put together the theory ofsociology、literature、art and history,and analyse the cause ofculture prospers in the modern‘‘three blocks and seven streets”with comparative analysis、literature induction analysis and logic analysis origin．And further more，discuss the FuJian cultme’s sea spccial characteristic，tile Dew harmony between modern“three blocks and seven streets”and the contemporary society． Key word：“three blocks and seven streets”， modern culture， block protection countermeasure II 揭建娅歪厶堂硇±堂位论塞 中文文摘 素有“明清古建筑博物馆”之称的三坊七巷是福州城市文化竞争力的一个重要 筹码，在都市现代化进程中同益突显着其难以抵挡的魅力和不可替代的文化与社会 价值。这个占地44万平方米，现存我国唯一坊巷格局的明清古民居建筑群，曾走出 数百名有建树于家国的近代名人。他们从政治、军事、教育、文学等方面为近代中 西文化的会通融合做出了巨大贡献。目前国内学者对于三坊七巷的研究局限于文学、 建筑学、民俗学、摄影学等学科角度，尚缺乏理论上的深入和多学科的综合，研究 成果大多为一些感性图片、文学材料、民俗特色。在对那些近代名人的研究上，也 多见人物文学传记、家谱族谱，尚未将其与地方文化从理论上进行归纳整理。笔者 将试图综合社会学、文艺学、史学等相关理论与知识，以理性思想弥补感性抒怀， 运用比较分析、文献归纳分析、逻辑分析等方法，从理论上深入分析近代三坊七巷 发展特点的成因，从中探讨福建文化的海洋特质
