ABSTRACT In changing time，Universities need reforming in order to satisfy social demand． However,the direction and content of refcIriil will influence development of higher education in the future in China．We must pay more attention tO existing issues in the process of the reform．Since expanding enrolment of higher education in 1 997，it was much easier for students to study in universities．but they had to face much issues in employment． In the employment，there were many issues．Corporations can’t employ right employers，and the graduate Can’t find right jobs．Why caused these issues?How do we solve them? Mentioned above，the thesis mainly studies and analyses contradictory of supply and demand in the employment of the undergraduate on the basis of expanding enrolment of higher education．Because of expanding scale of higher education， employing issues of students in higher education appeared slowly．How do we analyze the deep reason of the issues?I think they need adopting some economic and education economic theories to analyze．Firstly,the thesis makes use of theories of earning ratio in education and human capital in order to analyze issues in employment； then based on relation between personnel market and higher education．it explains existing issues in the process of employment；finally,it putts forward corresponding measures for the undergraduate and higher education，such as the undergraduate must change ideas；universities have to meet market’S needs．reform structure of courses and content，and guide of the employment．Based on document analysis and positive study,the thesis’feature iS to analyze these problems．combined wi血theories of economics，labor market demands and economic model，to explain廿le reason of deep problems．At the sanle time．from也e angle of the practical and feasible it putts forward adjusting methods for the undergraduate and universities in order to improve contradictory of supply and demand at present． All in all，the undergraduate and universities must m
