水复涌，水质逐步改善的良好状态。 然后重点提出了保护性开发的方案，并对其影响进行逐项分析: 1、根据本区强渗漏带分布位置，运用水利工程设计方法，为区域拦洪建坝选址及设计，计算地表径流向地下水的转化增加量。 2、针对植被覆盖率低的现状，选择不同地段进行林地建设、草地建设和防护林带网建设，运用裸地一草地一林地地表渗透率改变关系，分析生态建设的效益。 3、分析实施强渗漏带功能恢复与保护、自备井水源地统管、改造区内部分用地、治理沟道陡坡等保护性措施所带来的效益。 4、从水环境保护的角度出发，确定适宜开发用地的原则、位置及规模，对开发区内的可改造用地进行论证，并从现状出发，分析水资源承载力及供水条件，从而限定人口规模。 5、通过运用现状评价中的相应公式，对开发建设所带来的地表径流量、水土流失量、地下水补给量、水质等的变化进行预测。6、针对所带来的不利影响，提出进一步的保护措施，分析其实施效果。 通过论证，表明:通过 1. 2. 3项措施，可达到使泉水复涌的目的。但是开发建设所带来的负面影响会削弱措施的效益，因此，应进一步加大生态补偿、绿化工程等措施，消除不利影响，甚至将其转化为有利影响少 关。词:南部山区水环境地下、给编价保护性开发 分类号: X820 ASSESSMENT ON THE PRESENT SITUATION OF WATERENVIRONMENT AND STUDY THE EFFECT FROM THE PROTECTIVEDEVELOPMENT OF THE SOUTHERN MOUNTAIN AREA IN JINAN 龚 Abstract Thesouthern mountain area of Jinan has special geology and geomorphy, and itsecological environment is very fragile.
