This is the first review of senior high school entrance examination. In general, there are two ways:1.based on topics.2.based on grammar。This lesson is based on grammar—about the past events

nalysis of teaching material(教材分析):
In junior high school, it’s very important to understand and use the past tense, the past continuous tense and the past perfect tense, and the students are often confused and make mistakes in the exams. And every year, in senior high school entrance examination, there are lots of questions about the three tenses. In this class, use the time number axis and make animation, the students can take a great interest in it and can understand the differences among the three tenses easily and quickly. At last, let the students summarize the rules of the three tenses by themselves. By using guided learning plan, the students can tell the reasons of choosing different answers, and can understand the differences among the three tenses better.
Teaching aims(教学目标):
1. Knowledge goal: remember the rules of different verb forms; understand and use three past tenses
2. Ability goal: train students’ listening , speaking ,reading and writing skills
