Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and follow-up results of patients with pulmonary hypertension hospitalized at Wuhan Asia Heart Hospital from 2012 to 2014， including three cases with sleep apnea syndrome caused by adenoids hypertrophy. Results The right heart catheterization results of these 3 cases were as follows:mPAP was （33.33±10.06）mm Hg， PVR was （1015±606.66）dyn·s-1·cm-5， and after targeted therapy the patients′ exercizing abililty and heart function had been significantly improved. Conclusion Etiology therapy combined bosentan， a targeted drug was a safe and effective treatment f
