内蒙古财经学院本科毕业论文 中国农村融资的现状与对策 作 者 程绍强 系 别 经济系 专 业 经济学 年 级 06经济2班 学 号 指导教师 姚春玲 导师职称 内 容 提 要 本文在学习了国内外农村融资基础理论和掌握了中国农村经济发展现状和农村金融体制历史演变过程的基础上，做出了制约中国农村融资的供给约束与迫切而巨大的融资需求之间的非均衡性分析。在计划经济向市场经济转轨，并逐步建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制的过程中，农村经济发展与农村融资之间的相互关系和重要性。农村经济要健康协调发展，就必须满足农村发展对农村融资体制的基本需求—增加农村融资总量，调整融资结构，改进融资体制。本文旨在通过具体分析我国农村经济、农村金融、农村融资活动的发展历程，发现农村融资存在的具体问题，提出一系列切合实际的农村融资发展对策；运用比较分析法，借鉴国外先进的农村融资手段和融资方式并总结适合中国特色的融资方式。 关键词:农村融资 融资现状 战略对策 Abstract After studying the basic theories of rural financing at home and abroad and mastering the developing status of Chinese rural economy and the historical evolution of rural financial system ,this thesis has made some non-equilibrium analysis between the constraints of rural financial supplies and the urgent and significant financing needs. At present planned economy is gradually changed into market economy and the socialist market economic system is established and perfected, in view of this the thesis also analyzes the relationship and importance between the development of rural economy and rural financing . In order to make rural economy develop coordinately and healthily the basic needs of rural finance system must be met .That is to say, increase the volume of rural financing, adjust the financial structure, improve the financing system.
