Construction of primary school classes are organized to build primary teacher class group of key tasks. Class organization to do this work building vital role of the teacher, the teacher in the whole class group plays a guide decision-making, the role performed. Improve classroom organization building classes help to ensure lasting peace and stability, is conducive to students high degree of autonomy , thus forming a collective class discipline with good wind. Link theory and practice of Xiaogan City Experimental Primary School teachers and teacher-to-class organization to investigate the construction of the relevant circumstances considered, Xiaogan City elementary school teachers in the classroom goal of building a good, class rules and norms, the participation of students in various activities to be improved . Xiaogan City primary school classes to improve the level of organization building strategy: diversification of class management body strengthening class cadres, strengthening cohesion class leadership, strengthen the construction of class culture.
