Analysis of the External Environment of
the Chinese Auto Enterprises
【Abstract】 The external environment analysis focused on the identification and evaluation of external trends and events beyond the Companys ability to control. Through the analysis of the external environment, well clear of the opportunities and threats faced, able to choose to determine what to do. Make the right foreseeable future changes of the external environment, strategies can be a prerequisite for success. The auto industry has a history of more than a hundred years. As traditional industrial enterprises, auto companies have long external environment analysis. In recent years, Chinas auto industry is rapid development, and many outstanding enterprises is established. In this paper, we make the BYD Auto Company as an example to introduce the external environment of the Chinese auto companies.

Introduction
