Happiness Happiness is a feeling of love and being love. When you are a little boy or girl, you are loved by your parents and others. When you get toys and books that you like, and play games you like, you feel happy. When you grow up, you feel happy for you love your parents, teacher, student, colleagues and others and give them what they need. Happiness is a process of moving towards worthwhile goals and contributing to the happiness of others. Many people think when they become rich and successful, happiness will naturally follow. It is not true, for a lot of rich people are unhappy and money is not the answer to all problems. Happiness is a continuous process of honest and productive work, which contributes to others and makes one’s efforts worthwhile. When you achieve your goals such as running business successfully, getting a car and living in a big house, you will be happy. Then you need to set new goals and achieve them to feel fulfilled. Happiness is positive attitude towards life. If you choose to find the positive in almost every situation you will be pleased and happy. For instance, when one has the bad habits which endanger his health such as smoking, drinking or gambling, he can get rid of the habits in order to become healthy. It may well be a long process. In struggling for this goal, his attitude towards the bad habits becomes crucial. Once he succeeds, and become healthy, he has good reasons to be happy. In a word, happiness is a feeling, process and attitude.
