企业参和职业教育校企合作积极性研究.pdf

中文摘要 企业参与职业教育校企合作是我国职业教育实现高素质技能型人才培养目标的 重要途径。企业作为校企合作主体之一，其参与的态度及程度对我国技能型人才培 养质量有很大影响。而企业参与职业教育校企合作积极性不高是目前我国职业教育 发展面对的重要问题。这种缺乏积极性的表现主要是：企业虽然对职业教育校企合 作模式普遍认可但实际参与不足；参与校企合作的企业类型局限并且校企联系途径 有限；企业参与合作的深度不够且质量较低等。目前情况来看企业对职业院校的需 求并不高，并且在实际参与过程中也存在很多担忧。这些都表明我国职业教育校企 合作还没有形成广泛的有效机制，而提高企业参与积极性是职业教育发展的关键性 突破。 本文首先对已有文献从企业参与职业教育校企合作理论研究和构建企业参与校 企合作动力机制两个角度做了综述，并从实证调查研究角度分析企业参与职业教育 校企合作现状。其次基于资源依赖及企业社会责任等理论，深入分析并研究得出企 业能够积极参与校企合作的驱动因素即：企业所需技能型人才资源唯一依赖于职业 院校；职业院校所能提供的企业所需有足够大的吸引力；政府立法强制企业参与校 企合作；企业有足够强的社会责任感。对照驱动因素并结合我国实际情况及案例分 析找出影响企业参与积极性的根本原因。最后提出提高企业参与职业教育校企合作 积极性的对策建议，研究探讨如何提升企业社会责任，提高企业参与自觉性；如何 完善法律法规体系，明确企业法律责任；如何加强内外部吸引力，提高资源被依赖 程度。 关键词：企业；职业教育；校企合作；积极性 ABSTRACT Enterprises’ participation in the Cooperation between Vocational Institutes and Enterprises is one of the important ways to realize the goal that vocational education cultivates skilled talents with high quality in China. Enterprise is one of the principal parts of the Cooperation between Vocational Institutes and Enterprises. Its attitude and extent of participation determines the quality of our country’s skilled talents. However, enterprises participate in the Cooperation between Vocational Institutes and Enterprises with very low positivity, which is a serious problem for our vocational education development. The low positivity includes: enterprises’ participation is not enough, though they agree that this kind of cooperation is good for vocational education; the types of enterprises which take part in the cooperation are very limited and the methods that institutes and enterprises contact each other are also limited; the depth of cooperation is not deep enough and the quality is low. So far, enterprises do not have too many requirements from vocational institutes and enterprises have lots of worries during the actual participating process.
