摘  要  农联模式  是以构建一种新型的农村产业化经济组织形式为核心  以  联合 分散农户逐步实现 小生产 向 大生产 转变 共同应对 大市场 为目标的一系 列配套的农村经济社会改革的理论模式 其理论构建主要是以强化农民组织化程度 增强农村自我持续发展能力为出发点和立论基础 为此 本文首先在综述农村经济组 织形式研究趋势的基础上重新审视和探讨了 三农 问题的实质 核心以及 三农 间的内在关系 探析了解决 小生产与大市场 这一农村社会根本矛盾的农村 联合 经济组织的基本要求和构建纬度 接着从农村制度设计 现实基础等角度分析了 三 农 问题形成原因 农联模式 建立的现实基础和制约因素 然后 通过一系列的地 方政府机构的改革和政府机构职能转变以及 农联 自身治理结构和相关体制变革的 设计 构建了旨在促进乡村工业化 城镇化 实现农村产业化 市场化 建立社会主 义新农村为最终目的的 农联模式 及其运作机制 最后 构建了 农联 未来的发 展模式 路径设计 提出了解决发展中可能存在的问题的具体措施  关键词  新农村  产业组织  农联模式  仿股制  I ABSTRACT “Countryside joint business co. ltd ”is a new type rural economic organization. It aims at making the peasant as a while more strengthen by gathering them not only in the market but also in the producing process.The mode of Countryside Joint Business Co. Ltd.,ｉｓ a serial reform assumptions in ｒｕｒａｌ　ｓｏｃｉｅｔｙ including the building of “Countryside joint business co. ltd ” .In the paper,by collecting the problems existing in “agriculture, peasant and countryside”, analyse the causes of the pr oblems. And according to the development requirements of new countryside, re-view the nature and core of the problems and the internal relations between them and find out the solutions to the problems; adopting “countryside joint business co. ltd”of “stoc k-similar system”, through re -organization of local government, function conversion of government organization, self- management structure of “countryside joint business co. ltd ”and reform of relative systems, set up an assumption of “countryside joint bus iness co. ltd”, aiming at facilitating the industrialization, marketing and town-orientation of countryside, and making the countryside become modern and new.
