摘  要  公案剧与传统的尚智思想有着密切的联系；并且有一部分公案剧侧重于表现 尚智思想。此前还没有将尚智公案剧单独作为研究对象的先例，本人通过文本的 细读、分析，对这一类型的公案剧进行了较为全面的论述。 本文论述了元代尚智公案剧的一般特点，元代尚智公案剧兴盛的社会原因， 作品反映的社会现实、作家心态、题材类型、结构模式、清官形象。本文研究的 重点是尚智公案剧与元代社会之间的联系、尚智公案剧的文学特征。 本文第一章论述了尚智题材文学创作渊源，尚智公案剧一般特点、剧目及版 本，对尚智公案剧进行了整体的勾勒。 本文第二章论述了尚智公案剧兴盛的社会原因，尚智公案剧反映的元代社会 现实、作家心态，探讨了剧作家、文本、社会三者之间的联系。 本文第三章论述了尚智公案剧的题材类型、 智慧断案”的结构模式、以“智 慧”为性格的清官形象，探讨了尚智公案剧的文学特征。  关键词：元代  尚智  公案剧  I Abstract Gongan drama and traditional respect for the wisdom of thinking are closely linked; and part Gongan drama focuses on the performance of advocating the wisdom of thinking. Had also failed to show respect for the wisdom of the legal case study alone as a precedent, I read through the text, analysis, carried out this type of Gongan drama a more complete discussion.
