ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Tbaching management is considered to be the core of school management,the foundation of all the teaching actiVities,which is also a power如l guaralltee to improVe teaching quali够.Teaching eValuation,a process to measure the teaching process and results,giVe them Valuable judgments according to sciemific sta】『1dards in the use of all the eetiVe means,is based on the goal of teaching.Teaching eValuation is an imporrtant content of teacher management..It has diagnosis如nction, incentive如nction,regulato巧mnction and teaching mnction. Humanized management idea is one of the most imporrtam content of modem management.As we know the main goal of higher education is to cultiVate and shape talents,so humanized management idea must be most needed in higher education. The scientific and humanized college teachers teaching eValuation mechanism can stren班hen teachers’sense of belonging,sense of responsibility,arouse teachers’work enthusiasm and improVe teaching quality.It is also an ef免ctiVe way to promote teacher’s indiVidual deVelopment and to cultiVate innoVatiVe teachers at the same time. This thesis analyzes the causes of the current situation of lacking h嗽anism care in university teachers’ teaching evaluation according to the data行om teaching evaluation questionnaire conducted between teachers and students in fiVe uniVersities of Jiangxi proVince.It aims to explore how to build a humanized college teachers teaching eValuation model. The basic ideas and f}amework of my thesis is:Describe the background and signi6cance of the research topic and the research status as well,explain the ideas and methods I use in the 6rst pan of the thesis.In the second part,de6ne the related concepts and theoretical basis.In the third paIrt,analyze the questions and causes of the lack of humanistic care in u虹versity teachers’teaching eValuation according to the statistical analysis results of the q uestionnaire on the currem situation of university teachers’teaching eValuation c
