第四部分为数据处理与实证分析。该部分通过对发放问卷的整理,分析了
研发人员心理创新氛围和创新行为的现状,并运用相关统计方法,对研究假设
逐一进行验证。
第五部分为研究结论、建议与展望。该部分对通过实证分析方法得出的研
究结论进行总结,并提出了相关对策建议,最后对本文研究的局限性进行了说
明,并对未来相关问题的研究进行了展望。

Abstract
hl me knowledge economy,the objective of organizational management is to
cn;ate an environment which is conducive to knowledge creation,transfer and
share.As a typical knowledge workers,RD personnel enterprises in technological
innovation.In the process of technological innovation,RD personnel is the most
a删ve and active factor in the heart of resources,it is a SOBTCe of innovation and
development of key enterprises.How to guide the behavior of innovative RD staff
is key to the competitiveness of enterprises.
On the issue of innovation atmosphere began in the 1 980’S.The innovation
∞vironmeElt is members describe the organization of subjective,that is,members
generate the subjective perception from mannagement style and other important
environmental factors,then,they formed their own attitudes,beliefs,values and
motivation,thereby affecting the innovative behavior.Through extensive literature
on access,author find that staff psychological atmosphere of innovation and
innovative behavior of the conclusions have not yet been unified.Through collation
of data colletion,this study conduct an exploratory research on how the
psychological atmosphere of innovation impact innovative behavior,and attempt to
analyze the innovative behavior of RD personnel factors.Through statistical
analysis,the results are as follows:
(1)Empirical studies have examined the validity and reliability of psychological
atmosphere of innovation and innovative behavior.And confirmed that these two
varia【bles are multi.dimensional structure of composition。Simultaneously,analyze
that the psychological atmosphere in the personal attributes of innovation has
di伍erence variables,and behavior in the personal attributes exists difference.
