Abstract Along with the expansion of information technology and the continuous progress and perfection of the society,”decent work”problem gradually becomes the focus of many governments and organizations．Since the reform and opening up，migrant workers as the main body of workers in China play a leading role in the process of our economic and social development and make an indelible contribution．However,they have not obtained the corresponding retaliation and their legitimate rights and interests have not been obtained the corresponding attention and protection．To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers and then to achieve their”decent work”，not only has the necessity of times， but also has the importance of reality．It reflects the aim that vast laborers share the development fruits of our economy and society,which is concrete reflect of people．oriented scientific outlook on development and protection for human rights in the era of spirit， meanwhile it is the essential condition of social justice and is also the important part of the constructing of harmonious society． This article through looking up domestic and foreign related research literature on migrant workers’”decent work”problem understands all aspects of the current situation and research on migrant workers’”decent work”．From the significance of achieving migrant workers’ ”decent work”and the difficulty in the labor process of migrant workers．we find out a series of di伍culties in the realization of”decent work”of migrant workers，such as lOW wage level， long working time，poor working conditions，more work accidents and occupation disease， low sign rate of labor contract，arrear and deduction of wages，low insurance rate，lack of social security,low social status and discrimination，and the lack of equal opportunity and good environment of employment．Studying by the reason ofthese problems in·depth analysis and research，we explore to take measures in the realization of migrant workers’”de
