内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文 当前初一新生在这两个大的方面存在的问题，并分析了原因，调查 发现：一是总体上初一新生在学习和人际交往方面适应水平较好， 学生的中小衔接比较顺利。具体的从学习兴趣、学习方法、学习条 件三个方面分析看男女生差异不明显，但是男女生在学习压力程 度、学习态度、学习效果、人际交往的能力、方式、态度几个方面 均存在显著差异。二是学生在小学阶段的学习与人际交往情况对初 中会产生一定的影响，家庭对学生在学习与人际交往方面的适应情 况也有不可忽视的作用。三是初一新生对学校以及班主任管理工作 的期望值很高，学校要向科学管理要效益，而班主任工作也要从实 际出发，从点滴做起，抓出实效。第五部分是建议与对策部分，结 合实际情况以及相关班主任工作经验，提出从学生自身、家庭和学 校三方面应努力的方向及建议。结语部分，主要是对本论文的研究 内容和研究结果进行整体的概括总结，总结当前初一新生的学习与 人际交往方面存在的问题及原因，并针对其存在的问题提出相关的 建议。 关键词 初一新生，学习，人际交往，适应，班主任管理 —— 囟苤直』亟莲太堂亟±堂僮途塞—— ABSTRACT With the social development and progress，especially vigorously promote quality education today,junior high school education and teaching style and philosophy and in the past has been greatly improved，the adolescent’s learning． behavior,psychological aspects are very different，many freshman on environment。 course content with the difficulty setting，learning styles and student and teacher exchanges and other aspects have obvious maladjustment．These are not only suited to freshmen can successfully complete the transition from primary school to junior high school，Call quickly integrate into the new class，carl successfully complete the task of learning，but also related to their ability to shape healthy personality,to establish the correct scientific outlook on 1ire and value． Therefore，this study selected freshmen into the school before three months (from September to November)in the learning and interpersonal aspects of performance as the research content，mainly uses the literature research and survev research methods，through the self-made”freshmen learning and interpersonal status questionnaire”a random sample of 4 classes of freshmen(a total of 1 20 boys and 60 girls)as the research object，analysis of junior middle school students in learning and interpersonal adaptation and inappropriate reasons，thereby forming from the student，the family to the school(teachers)of coping strategies，for the first class management rationalization proposals． This research mainly includes the following pa
