BF公司技术人员激励体系改进研究
摘要
随着电子信息时代的到来,电子产品的发展如雨后春笋,产品之丰富,更新速度之
快,给人们生活带来了翻天覆地的变化。电子产品之一的手机在信息时代春风的沐浴下,
产品发生质的飞跃,从最初功能单一的黑白大部头模拟机,发展到如今功能强大的彩色
轻便智能机,作为手机的售后服务行业,正面临着前所未有的新挑战和新考验,行业间
的竞争从产品本身的竞争转变为技术人才的竞争,技术人员作为公司发展的人力资源主
力军,是公司持续健康发展的重要保障。如何有效的激励技术人员,充分发挥他们的才
干和潜能,持续为企业创造效益,是手机服务企业当前急需解决的人力资源难题。
本论文以相关激励理论为基础,通过理论分析和案例分析相结合的方式,以问卷调
查形式对BF公司技术人员现行激励体系现状和存在问题进行了全面深入的调查研究,
在对调查结果进行统计分析的基础上,结合技术人员自身的特点、需求、行为特性,提
出了完善环境激励、薪酬激励、绩效考核激励、福利激励、事业激励、情感激励等一系
列有针对性的改进对策,并提出了相应的实施保障措施。为BF公司和其他同类的手机
服务公司在技术人员激励问题上提供解决思路和参考价值。

ABSTRACT
Owing to the era of electronic information,the development of electroIlic products is
booming.Because of the abundance of the products and the high speed of upgradation,
peoples lives have undergone great changes.Cellphone,as one of electronic products,has
had great change in quality,fiom firstly the back and white big phone just with single function
to today’S colorful convenient smart phone with multi-functions.At the same time,aRer-sales
service in the industry is facing unprecedentedly new challenges and tough tests.In the
industry,product competition itself has been transformed into that of technological talent.
Technological staff who act勰the main workforee in a company has become the firm
guarantee for the sustainable development of the company. So how to effectively boost
technological staff;halmess the skill and creativity of them and produce more profits for the
company is a tough human resources problem in the industry.
BaSed on relevent incentive theories,the paper makes a survey of the state quo of
incentive system in BF Company and some existing problems by theory analysis and case
study.According to the survey results and the features,the needs and the behaviour of the
