保定市区低龄老年人阅读状况的调查.pdf

摘 要 I 摘 要 保定是我国典型的中等城市，同时又是知名的长寿城市，人口老龄化程度高于同期 国家平均水平。研究保定市区老年人阅读状况，不仅有助于了解当前城市老年人的精神 文化需求和服务保障情况，还可以为我国其他地区的文化养老提供借鉴。而将研究对象 确定为有一定阅读能力的低龄老年人，适应了我国老年人口结构变化，有助于分析未来 老年人阅读的趋势，对于引导老年人阅读和加强城市老年文化建设均具有一定的前瞻 性。 本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法和访谈法，对保定市区 60-69 岁的 低龄老年人阅读情况进行调查，以了解保定市区低龄老年人阅读现状、形成原因及保定 市区老龄阅读服务保障情况，并结合国家目前正在推行的社会养老服务体系建设，尤其 是城市社区文化建设，以保定市的具体做法为参照，从宏观和微观角度提出建议，不断 推动老年阅读发展。 调查发现，保定市区低龄老年人主要依附社区生活，身体健康状况较好，受教育程 度明显高于老年人整体文化水平，且收入水平较高，有较强的购买能力，闲暇时间充裕， 对精神文化生活有更高层次的要求，参与文化建设的热情高涨，是一个规模庞大的潜在 阅读人群。虽然目前保定市区低龄老年人阅读受到社会大环境多方面因素的限制，整体 阅读比例较低，六成以上的低龄老年人几乎不阅读，或以浅阅读为主，但仍旧对阅读有 较高期待，希望提升阅读在晚年生活的意义。而保定市区老年文化建设水平较低，公共 阅读机构对老龄读者阅读服务保障较弱，难以满足老龄读者的阅读需求，根据这一现状， 笔者从政府、公共阅读机构、出版机构和家庭四个角度，提出可行性建议，动员全社会 力量，共同营造阅读氛围，打造温暖无障碍的老龄阅读空间，提升老龄读者阅读服务保 障，引导老年人阅读，丰富老年人精神文化生活，积极应对人口老龄化。 关键词 老龄化 低龄老年人 阅读 Abstract II Abstract Baoding, as a typical medium-sized city with well-known longevity in China, owns a population aging degree which is higher than the national average over the same period. Investigating the reading condition of the elderly in Baoding city, not only helps to uncover the current spiritual demands and service assurance of urban elderly, but also provides reference to culture endowment for other regions in our country. Identifying the younger senior citizens with certain reading ability to be the investigation object, which adapts to the structural change of the elderly in China, helps to analyze the future reading trend of the elderly, as well as to be forward-looking in guiding them to read and strengthening urban elderly culture construction.
