Abst ract
The Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy derived from the Corporate Social
Responsibility theory,arisen accompanied with the economic globalization further
deepens and the rise power of stakeholder.Foreign relevant literature about social
responsibility strategy mainly focused on the features and the strategic gains of
Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy to the corporate.Corporate Social
Responsibility Strategy has five features:centrality,specificity,proactivity,
voluntarism and visibility.The strategic gains of Corporate Social Responsibility
Strategy includes:helping corporate to realize cost advantage and product
differentiation advantage;bring the intangible and tangible strategic resource to
corporate;promoting the formation and development of new products and market;
being a risk management method for the corporate.
Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy is divided into five types:reactive,
derisive,accommodative,proactive and integrated.This paper investigated the
present situation of 0111country’S insurance Corporate Society Responsibility from the
overall,finding the Chinese-invested corporate,especially insurance financial group,
do better than foreign investment and joint venture cooperate;and the business
attributes has noting with to the social responsibility practice.By judging the types of
our country insurance Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy preliminary,we find
that most corporate take attitude similar the defensive strategic,but there are still
some corporate take attitude similar the accommodative strategy.Thronging
trallsverse compare and analysis of the social responsibility report for PINGAN of
China,China LIFE and PICC,puts forward some highlights and conlmon problems,
and through concrete cases analysis,summarize PICC’s social responsibility concept
and practice. 、
Finally,aim at the problems appeared in these social responsibility reports,and
combining the contrastive analysis,case analysis,puts forward counterm
