?中文摘要? 随着社会经济的发展，建筑业也迅速发展，在这个过程中施工项目质量管理 控制显得相当重要。众所周知，靠质量树信誉，靠信誉拓市场，靠市场增效益， 靠效益求发展，是企业生存和发展的生命链。工程质量不仅关系到工程的适用性 和项目的成本效果，而且关系到人民群众的生命财产安全。作为施工单位以质量 求生存无疑是铁的定律，质量是企业发展生命线。尽管如此，目前部分建筑施工 企业项目质量管理中仍存在许多问题。为解决施工质量问题，使工程质量管理更 健康、持续地发展，因此，对工程项目质量管理的研究是非常有必要和有意义的。 本文运用工程质量管理的理论对恒大地产天津分公司恒大绿洲项目质量管 理问题进行调查研究，对恒大绿洲项目目前在质量管理方面的现状及存在的问题 进行分析，主要从施工项目出现质量问题的原因、施工项目质量管理内容、施工 项目质量管理方法、施工项目质量管理改进等方面进行深入研究。提出现阶段影 响恒大地产天津分公司恒大绿洲项目质量的主要因素，并在此基础上提出了一些 相应的对策建议，希望有助于恒大绿洲项目工程质量的提高。 关键词：工程项目；工程质量；质量管理；质量控制； ?Abstract With the development of market economy, the construction industry is also developing rapidly.
