I 摘要 自美好乡村建设启动以来，合肥市各级党委政府高度重视，纷纷拿出有力举措， 迅速掀起一场建设美好乡村的热潮。然而，美好乡村建设的对于生态环境的影响不 容忽视，因此，亟待弄清美好乡村建设与生态环境相互影响的机理，避免生态环境 在建设过程中遭到破坏，使美好乡村建设真正的成为一项惠民工程。 本课题通过对合肥市美好乡村建设的重点区域进行典型调查，研究了合肥市美 好乡村建设的生态风险及其产生的原因，建立了合肥市美好乡村建设的生态风险防 范机制，为合肥市美好乡村建设生态风险的防范提供有效积极的政策建议。论文的 主要研究内容及成果如下： ①研究合肥市美好乡村建设和生态环境的相互影响的机理。通过搜集相关文 献、咨询相关技术专家，运用相关学科的基本原理，分析美好乡村建设对生态环境 的影响，揭示美好乡村建设和生态环境的相互影响的机理。 ②研究合肥市美好乡村建设的生态风险及其成因。本课题选择合肥市肥西县典 型乡镇的相关中心村和自然村作为调查的重点区域，通过对调查问卷的分析，探讨 了美好乡村建设的生态风险及其产生的原因，明确美好乡村建设的生态风险源和胁 迫因子。 ③研究合肥市美好乡村建设的生态风险防范机制。针对合肥市美好乡村建设的 生态风险及其成因，依据美好乡村建设的特点，综合运用经济、行政和法律等手段， 构建适合不同区域的、科学可行的生态风险防范机制，并提出积极的政策性建议。 论文的研究成果对于改善农村人居环境，提升农村的自然生态水平，推进合肥 市美好乡村建设，实现可持续发展具有一定的实际意义。 关键词：美好乡村建设，生态环境，生态风险，影响机理，防范机制 万方数据 II Abstract As a capital city of Anhui, Hefei has taken the beautiful village construction as an important part of regional metropolis construction. Since the launch of the beautiful village construction, party committees and governments at all levels attach high importance to the problem and come up with effective measures, which bring about the beautiful village construction rush. However, its influence on ecological environment cannot be ignored. To avoid the destruction of ecological environment in the process of construction, the relationships between the beautiful village construction and ecological environment and their influencing factors should be studied. Based on typical investigation on the beautiful village construction in the point district of Hefei, this paper studies the ecological risk of beautiful village construction and its causes, establishes an ecological risk prevention mechanism, which can provide effective suggestions for the prevention of ecological risk in the process of the beautiful village construction in Hefei.
