小组工作在城市社区老年志愿者精神培育中运用——以深圳市M社区为例.pdf

分析了小组工作中存在的问题，并从小组工作的外部结构、小组工作的设计及小组工作者 的工作能力三方面提出了相应的对策和建议； 愿者志愿精神培育小组的可操作性和发展性， 践价值。 第五部分作结，指出小组工作运用于老年志 认为老年志愿者的志愿精神培育小组具有实 通过分析和评估老年志愿者的志愿精神培育小组，本人认为老年志愿者的志愿精神培 育小组基本实现了既定的小组目标，充分激发了小组组员的凝聚力，实现了组员志愿精神 的提升，并建设了一支有志愿服务意识和能力的老年志愿者队伍。但由于小组活动场地等 外部结构的限制、小组设计中存在的问题，以及因小组工作者实务经验不足而导致的问题 等，本研究者认为老年志愿者的志愿精神培育小组还有较大的提升空间，志愿者小组依然 具有较强的可操作性和应用性。在条件更加成熟的情况下，也可尝试设计和开展多年龄层、 多人数的志愿精神培育小组，使小组工作运用于更广泛的社区志愿者队伍建设的过程中， 促进社会工作者和志愿者高效的协作开展社区服务。 关键词：社区社会工作；志愿者小组；老年志愿者；志愿精神 Il The Use of Group Work In the City Community Elderly Volunteers In the Volunteer Spirit Cultivation A Case Study of Shenzhen M Communi ty Zou Linjue Abstract In 2014，the Research Center for the elderly China scientific research shows that，China’S population aged 60 and above 2430000 reaches 2 billion，accounting for 14．9％of the total population．According to the traditional standard of the United Nations，more than 14％is”aging society”．Visible，our country has entered the aging society，the elderly popuiation increase demand prompted the pension services increased，the social pension pressure also increased，Accordingly，I thought we could try to explore and practice a full use of the elderly services for the aged，social service activity type pension road． Social work in China iS in the period of development of local exploration． The exotic properties of professional social work，social work and social workers in the industry to be recognized by the publ ic and local Chinese is needed，and to explore a way to adapt to the development of domestic social environment．Due to low cognition of social work，social work team also encountered many obstacles and difficulties in the beginning of the community．ThiS study attempts to elderly volunteers team as the start ing point． focuS on the construction of community volunteers，volunteers to help guide the social worker to carry out the diversity of community service，but alSO help to achieve better integration into the community social work team． This study iS an application research，wh
