摘 要 伴随经济全球化的发展和上海的四个中心建设，上海的外来务工 人员越来越多，其子女的教育也成为日益重要的问题之一，引起政府、 社会和学者们的广泛关注。 本文针对外来务工同住子女的思想品德状况，通过调查问卷的方 式，从同住子女的家庭情况入手，对外来务工同住子女的学习方面、 思想品德、世界观、人生观和价值观以及人际交往方面存在的问题进 行探讨、研究和分析，力求发现问题的成因和关键，并努力寻找和探 求解决方法。 本调查研究对象为初中这一阶段的同住子女，通过研究表明这一 年龄段同住子女的拥有较好的思想品德知识，尊重师长，热爱集体并 乐于参与其中，但部分同住子女心理上孤独自卑，表现出不自信的方 面，在价值观和人生观上尚未形成系统的认识等问题。 通过对这些问题的研究分析，从学校、家庭和社会三个方面因素 进行考虑，提出在教学过程中要注重情感渗透和知行一致，方法上注 重师生辅导、同伴互助；同时为同住子女创造良好的环境，让未成年 的外来务工同住子女在社会实践中了解社会，体验生活；感悟道德， 磨练意志，培养创新精神，提高实践能力，知行合一，形成习惯的建 议，力求提高外来务工同住子女的教育质量和学习习惯，帮助他们树 立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，以便更快更好地融入上海。 关键词：思想品德教育外来务工同住子女 教育状况 调研分析 √ Abstract Accompanied by the development of economic globalization and the construction of four centers of Shanghai，more and more migrant workers come to work in Shanghai．Their childrens education has become increasingly important issues，concerning the Government，the community and scholars． This article is mainly pay attention to the ideological and moral character condition，through questionnaires，beginning with the living conditions of the migrant children family,we discover and analyze the studies，ideological and moral，world view,philosophy,sense of worth，and interpersonal interaction． We seek to find the cause of the problems，and make effort to find and search the resolve． The investigation and studies aimed the migrant children at junior high school， with the study of this articles it shown that the migrant children have a better idea of the character of ideological and moral knowledge，respecting teacher,loving the team and enjoying involved，but few of them have psychological lonely inferior,and showing no confidence． It shown that the philosophy and sense of worth of migrant children have not been formed system． Through the research and analysis on these issues．combined with the three factors of the family,school and society,I have table a proposal in the teaching process that it should pay attention to feeling penetration，and knowing are in accordance with doing．We should pay attention to teachers giving
