摘 要 冷却系统的功能是使发动机在所有工况下都保持在适当的温度范围内。冷却系统既要防止发动机过热，也要防止冬季发动机过冷。在发动机冷起动之后，冷却系统还要保证发动机迅速升温，尽快达到正常的工作温度。文章以发动机的冷却系统为主题，主要介绍了发动机冷却系统的功能，组成及它的各个组成部分的故障诊断与维修。为了保证发动机的正常温度，发动机的冷却系由几个相互依赖的零部件共同组成，发挥作用。发动机冷却系统主要由散热器，冷却风扇，冷却水泵，节温器，补偿水桶，发动机机体和气缸盖中的水套及其他附加装置等组成。发动机冷却系统还有液体冷却和空气冷却之分。液体冷却主要是水冷，空气冷却就是风冷。文章着重描述了发动机冷却系统的几种常见问题的诊断方法，维修步骤及其保养方法。冷却系统常见的故障主要有：冷却液消耗异常，发动机过热，发动机工作温度过低。 关键词：冷却系统；功能；故障诊断；维修步骤 Abstract The function of the cooling system is to ensure the engine proper temperature when it is in all status. The cooling system not only avoids the engine temperature is too high, but also prevents the engine temperature is too low when it is at winter. When the engine is start up, the cooling system should ensure its temperature could become high in a short time. So it has a natural temperature. The subject of the article is engine cooling system. It introduces the functions, forms ,the exception handles ,the maintenance of the engine cooling system. The system consists of several interdependent parts that function together to maintain proper engine temperatures. The part include: radiator, fan, coolant pump, thermostat, repairing buckets, engine blocks , water jackets and other devices. The cooling system concludes the liquid cooling and the airing cooling. The liquid cooling is the water cooling. The air cooling is the wind cooling. The thesis also emphasizes the diagnostic methods , maintaining steps, protecting means of the engine cooling system at the several familiar problems . The familiar faults of the cooling system are thundering expending of the cooling fluid, the too high temperature of the engine and too low temperature of the temperature.
