等具体情况。第五部分，小结。在调查分析的基础上找出主要问题：认识不到位、课程 不到位、师资不到位、教材不到位。 第三章针对存在的主要问题及其影响因素，探讨解决方法，从四个方面提出建设性 意见，以期促进山东省本科院校普通音乐教育的良好发展。第一，针对认识不到位问题， 从明确普通音乐教育定位的角度进行探讨，以期使领导、教师和学生正确认识高校普通 音乐教育。第二，针对课程体系不到位，难以满足学生课内课外需求的问题，从选修与 必修相结合完善课堂教学、丰富课外活动完善第二课堂、营造浓厚氛围完善隐性课程三 个方面进行探讨，以期完善普通音乐教育的课程体系。第三，针对师资不到位的问题， 从推进人才共享，充实教师数量和加强继续教育，提高现有教师素质的角度探讨问题的 解决。第四，针对教材不到位的问题，从两个方面进行探讨：一是从教材编写的依据、 教材内容的选择、教材编排的优化等方面提高自编教材的质量；二是学校要严格规范教 材的使用，提高用于教学的自编教材的标准。高质量与严管理双管齐下，以解决教材不 到位的问题。 结语。从全局的角度对山东省本科院校普通音乐教育进行再反思，进一步明确地提 出了规范普通音乐教育、完善大中小音乐教育体系以及加强与国内外的交流与合作的发 展建议。 关键词：山东省；高校；普通音乐教育 Ⅱ ABSTRACT In the course of the music education system，the general music education in colleges and universities is different from the basic and specialty music．It has its own special status and extremely important significance．However，for the school education system，music education in colleges and universities has poor foundation and the development is slow．It is incompatible with the whole pace of development of education，and socio—economic development．These questions should be a matter of the relevant departments of each university． In this paper,we based it on the colleges and universities in Shandong Province’S general music education，the relevant documents to the national guidance．Besides，we use the methods like taking the field survey,data analysis，dialogue，interview谢tll the theoretical analysis and SO on．Find the questions which exist in the music education of Shandong Province，and then people Can pay attention and give the way to solve them． Form the survey,we want to find out the major problems in the music education and put forward constructive suggestions．The passage is divided into four chapters． The first chapter is summary,in which we summarize the music and music education in domestic intemational and Shandong Province to conduct a general discussion of higher education．And simply describe the way of the survey,the targets and the contents． The second chapter is the colleges and universities in Shandong Provinc
