摘要 传统民俗文化的保护一直以来都是社会各界关注的焦点。传统民俗文化是中 华五千年文明的历史见证和文化载体，是推动区域经济社会发展的强大精神动 力。党的十七大报告中“弘扬中华文化，建设中华民族共有精神家园”，所以做 好传统民俗文化的传承和保护工作，是落实党中央政策的具体体现。在近些年以 来，在全球经济化的强力推动下，文明的传统民俗文化正面临着的各种严峻的挑 战，尽管政府部门对传统民俗的保护加大了力度，但还是存在着很多问题。 本文以壶天镇村民为例，从村民的角度出发分析村民对传统民俗文化保护的 相关内容的意愿进行研究，丰富了传统民俗文化保护的相关研究，对传统民俗文 化保护有着积极的作用。 在系统理论、传统民俗文化保护理论的指导下，通过文献研究，从传统民俗 文化保护的角度出发，初步研究了湘乡市壶天镇村民对传统民俗文化保护的意 愿；运用专家问卷法对壶天镇村民传统民俗文化保护进行调研，本文得出的结论 如下： 壶天镇的传统民俗文化保护状况令人堪忧，经济发展水平滞后，农民文化生 活没有重视民俗文化。在农村，农民们除了种地之外，大部分时间就是打牌，串 门、喝酒等，大部分农民普遍认为过节没有特别的意义，很多年轻人常年在外打 工，对于传统的民事民俗，大部分农民都没有放在心上。农村民俗文化人才匮乏 已经成为阻碍农村民俗文化发展的一个重要原因，基层队伍薄弱，专业人才老化， 政府对农村文化建设的投入也很少，对传统民俗文化的保护措施也明显不够，使 得优秀的传统民俗文化在不断的流失。 通过调查分析，针对壶天镇传统民俗文化保护的相关问题，提出了一些建议。 健全相关法律法规、制订民俗文化发展保护政策和规划；加强宣传教育，提高村 民主动参与传统民俗文化保护的意识；加强农村民俗文化专业人才培养；加快农 村传统民俗文化产业建设；加大对农村传统民俗文化建设的资金投入。 关键词：传统民俗文化保护意愿壶天镇 ABSTRACT The protection of traditional folk culture has always been the focus of attention of the community．Traditional folk culture is the testimony of history and culture carrier of Chinese civilization，is a powerful spiritual force to promote regional economic and social development．The report of the 1 7th Party Congress”to promote the Chinese culture，the construction of common spiritual home for the Chinese nation”，SO do the inheritance and protection of traditional folk culture，is the embodiment of implementing the policy of the Central Party committee．In recent years，with the strong driving of the global economy,traditional folk culture is facing the severe challenge，although the government departments increased on the protection of traditional folk strength，but there are still a lot of problems． Based on the hutian village as an example，Analysis from the perspective of villagers，the villagers the willing of the related content of the protection of traditional folk culture，enrich the research of the protection of traditional folk culture，the traditional folk culture protection has a positive effect． Under the guidance of the system theory and the theory of traditional folk culture
