摘 要 通过调查廊坊高职院校大学生参与体育锻炼的现状，从中找出存在问题，同时提出 相应的解决对策。从而为相关的教育部门提供加强学生体育锻新的思路、新方法，制定 更适合廊坊市高职院校学生的教学大纲和教学计划，提高高职院校学生体育锻炼意识， 进而引导廊坊市高职院校的大学生更好的参与体育锻炼，培养终身体育锻炼的习惯。 本文采用的研究方法主要有文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法。本文的研究对 象为廊坊市高职院校学生，廊坊市共有高职院校五所，分别是：河北职业技术学院、廊 坊卫生职业技术学院、廊坊职业技术学院、河北石油职业技术学院和廊坊燕京职业技术 学院，本论对这五所院校均进行了调查。问卷的设计采用专家访谈法，访谈内容主要有 问卷的设计思路、结构、主要内容等方面，分别得到针对不同人群的问卷，包括：廊坊 市高职院校领导访谈提纲、廊坊市高职院校体育部主任调查问卷、廊坊市高职院校体育 教师调查问卷及廊坊市高职院校学生调查问卷，全面了解廊坊市高职院校学生参与体育 锻炼现状。并请十二位资深体育教学教授对本问卷的效度进行评分。问卷的信度检验采 用重测发。应用Excel2003对问卷数据进行统计分析。 研究结论：学生对体育锻炼的认识不足，建议加强体育认知宣传；体育教师师资力 量基本达标，但资金投入受限，建议加强政府约束力；学校体育课程现状学生满意度低， 优化高职院校体育课程设置及评估标准；丰富学生课外体育锻炼生活，发挥体育教师的 技术指导和监督作用。 关键词：廊坊市高职学生体育锻炼现状 Ill 万方数据 Abstract Through investigation Langang Vocational College Students’Participation in physical exercise，Find out the problems，Meanwhile propose corresponding solutions．In order to provide enhanced student sports forging new ideas，new methods for the relevant education departments，More suitable for students in vocational colleges to develop Langfang syllabus and teaching programs，Raise awareness of vocational college students physical exercise， Further guidance Langfang Vocational Colleges students better participate in physical exercise， Lifelong physical activity habits． Research methods used in this paper are mainly literature，questionnaire，mathematical statistics．Object of study for the students in vocational colleges Langfang，Langfang City,a total of five vocational colleges，They are：Hebei Vocational and Technical College，Langfang Health Vocational and Technical College，Langfang Vocational and Technical College，Hebei Langfang Petroleum Vocational and Technical College and Yanjing Vocational and Technical College，the theory of these five institutions have conducted aIl investigation．The questionnaire Was designed using expert interviews，interviews with the main aspects of the questionnaire design ideas，the structure，the main content，Questionnaires were obtained for the different groups of people，Including： Langfang City leaders
