Abstract Human needs have become very important iSSues both in Social work and Social welfare；unfortunately,the Research focus on Self-needs of Social workers was neglected in a long time．This study based on literature research and data analyses explore four aspects that could make influence on social workers needs，show people the conducted requirements of juvenile social workers in Shanghai，and discuss some ways to meet those needs．In addition，this survey could provide new angle of view for future researches，make social worker management bureau pay more attenuation on this whole groups needs，and develop new solution for professional development of social workers．In conclusion,this study reveals that the needs of self-esteem and self-actualization play main role and these needs concentrated on living，safety and self-esteem ale not fulfilled，but the need of belongingness could be better． Consequently,this research conclude that there are two aspects to make those juvenile social workers satisfied,in the view of macroscopically influence．we need to reform the management system as soon as possible．On other side，it is necessary to employ professional team with high quality． Key Words：human needs，juvenile social worker,specialization，professionalization IV 第一章导论 导论部分主要阐明本研究的背景及意义、研究问题和研究目标，并对论文的 结构做出整体安排。 1．1研究背景 需要和权利一起，构成现代社会福利制度用以衡量分配资源(尤其是社会资 源)的两大基本原则(Tao＆Drover，1997；王卓祺等，2000)。人类需要(human needs)已经成为社会工作和社会福利领域的重要议题。对于人类需要所作的研究 和探索也是人类生存和发展的永恒话题。 社会工作作为-I1旨在满足个人和社会需要的专业，一直关注于对服务对象 需要的研究和探讨。无论在老年人社会工作、儿童社会工作、医务社会工作、妇 女社会工作等领域，社会工作者都致力于弱势群体的需要满足。然而，在一次社 会工作专业实习中，社会工作者的生活和他们的真实感受带给笔者不小的触动。 不禁引发这些思考：社会工作者自身有怎样的需要?他们的需要状况如何?他们 的需要被满足了吗?如果需要不足，会影响服务质量吗?这一系列的困惑成为笔 者选择社会工作者的需要作为本研究主题的驱动力。 选择社区青少年社会工作者作为研究对象，一方面是因为笔者长期关注青少 年社会工作的发展，曾经在社区青少年事务相关机构进行过实习，对这一方面的 工作有切身的感受。另一方面，上海历来对于预防青少年违法犯罪工作高度重视， 为了积极探索预防青少年犯罪的体制、机制建设，广泛动员社会各方积极参与， 采取了诸多措施。目前以社区为依托的上海青少年社会工作，正是在构建上海市 预防和减少犯罪工作体系的背景下产生的一项开拓性试验，并且已经成为全市青 少年违法犯罪社区预防控制整体工作中的重要组成部分。可以说这一项具有时代 特征、中国特色和上海特点的工作，必然将在青少年工作的发展中产生深远的影 响。上海
