From the perspective of strategic environmental assessment, this paper discusses non-material cultural heritage protection planning, in order to to protect intangible cultural heritage in China planning useful theoretical research and practical operation. this paper analyses the current situation of the intangible cultural heritage protection planning in our country, with strategic planning environmental protection point of view, points out existing problems and then puts forward solving measures, and for located comfort the papermaking to protect planning as a case study of Chinas intangible cultural heritage protection plan for the future development model to guide the benign inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in our country, to promote Chinas intangible cultural heritage protection program has certain guiding significance and practical value, the development of the intangible cultural heritage protection planning for reference.
