The Assessment On The Social and Economic Affects of The Rural Road To Its Areas Along ···-···-··Take Hohhot Rural As an Example Abstract Since the reform and opening-up policy，the social economic development of our country makes progress continuously，the development of the vast rural areas iS also changing．There is a popular saying in the vast rural that”Want rich，build a road first”． thus it can be seen that road is the product of social economic development of a nation． With the aim of the new rural construction，road rehabilitation and expansion has become an important part of rural social and economic system as an important infrastructure project which affect the regional social economic and cultural development significantlv． In reference to domestic and foreign advanced research on the basis of the theory and research achievements，Combining with the outstanding feature differs from general roading of rural highway construction project，based on the established index system and the proposed methods．At the same time，with the Vensim software，this paper sets up the regional transportation—economic growth system dynamics model；draws a flowing chart of system dynamics；carries out the Emulation and simulation and makes a conclusion within Hohhot’S downtown． This paper argues that the rural highway construction plays a vital role on the ssocial and economical development of the highway covered region，especially the rural areas along that highway．One side，rural road is the way to directly improve the progress of economy，through the construction of rural civilization constantly improve people’S livelihood．On the other side，as the time lag，the role of rural roads presented in the the influence providing more space for social and economic development and security of the economic development． Key words：The countryside：Rural roadv：The social economic impact；Assessment， Systen?dynamic’．，model Di rected by：Prof．QIAO Guanghua App I i cant for Master degree：J Yangyang L I 11c te
