PAGE PAGE 1 郑州航空工业管理学院 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 2012 届 经济学 专业 0803072 班级 题 目 大型商业银行为中小企业提供信贷服的劣势分析 姓 名 司浩杰 学号 080307223 指导教师 郭正光 职称 讲师 二О一 二 年五月 二十三 日 内 容 摘 要 目前，我国的大型商业银行都在积极探索为中小企业提供各种信贷服务，但是依然存在中小企业难以从大型商业银行获得贷款的现象。本文首先分析了大型商业银行为中小企业融资的现状。其次，通过大型商业银行和中小银行的对比，从信息劣势，成本劣势，产权结构劣势，经营机制和信贷管理机制的劣势，以及为中小企业提供的金融产品单一，引用的担保机制的劣势等七个方面分别分析了大型商业银行为中小企业提供融资服务的竞争劣势，最后，针对中小企业信贷难的问题，分别从经营理念，服务和产品创新，以及大型商业银行和中小银行应优势互补等方面提出了意见和对策。本文的创新之处在于通过对大型商业银行和中小银行对中小企业提供信贷服务进行对比，提出要想解决中小企业融资难的问题，需要两者共同发挥各自的作用，以促进市场和谐。 关 键 词 大型商业银行;中小银行;信贷服务;信息劣势 Disadvantages of Large Commercial Banks to Provide Credit Services to SME Author: Si Haojie Tutor: Guo Zhengguang Abstract At present, in our country large commercial banks are actively exploring a variety of credit services to SME, but theres still difficult for SME to obtain loans from the large commercial banks. This paper first analyzes the current state of the large commercial banks for SME financing. Second, in contrast to large commercial banks and small banks, analyzing Disadvantages of large commercial banks to provide financing services to SME from Information disadvantages, the cost disadvantage, ownership structure disadvantage, the disadvantage of the operating mechanism and credit management mechanism, to provide SME with a single financial product, and reference to the guarantee mechanism. In the end, the author makes comments and suggestions on the difficult problem of credit of SME from Business philosophy, services and product innovation, as well as large commercial banks and small and medium-sized banks should advantage complementary. The innovation of this paper is that by the contrast of large commercial banks and small and medium-sized banks to provide credit services to SME , in order to solve the difficult problem of SME financing , they need both to play their respective roles to promote the harmony of the market .
