SITE INFORMATION SHEET 调查地信息表 Province所在省份: Site name地名: General location: Description of the general location. Include the sites distance in a straight line and compass bearing from the nearest significant town or city. 大概的位置：描述调查地点的大概位置。包括该地点离最近的重要乡镇或城市的直线距离和方位。 Geographical coordinates: Latitude and longitude of the approximate centre of the site, expressed in degrees and minutes. 地理坐标：该地区大致中心区所在的纬度和经度，用度和分标明。 Site dimensions: Area ha and linear dimensions km . 地区跨度：面积（公顷）和直径（公里） Outline map of site: The most detailed and up-to-date map of the site available should be appended to the Site Information Sheet. The map should show the boundaries of the site, scale, latitude, longitude and compass bearing, administrative boundaries e.g. county, city, etc. , the distribution of the main habitat types, hydrological features and land uses.
