摘 要 汽车的自动化和电子化一直是汽车技术的发展趋势，而汽车的自动变速技术是汽车电控技术的重要组成部分。汽车自动变速器通常分为液力机械式自动变速器（Automatic Transmission，简称AT）、电控机械式自动变速器（Automated Mechanical Transmission,简称AMT）和机械式无级自动变速器（Continuously Variable Transmission，简称CVT）等。电控机械式自动变速器（AMT）具有结构简单、传动效率高、成本低、易制造的优点，特别适合我国车辆产业的现状，控制方法是电控机械式自动变速器的关键，好的控制方法可以使AMT符合最佳的换档规律，让车辆有好的动力性和燃油经济性。本文首先通过对电-液联合控制自动变速器结构的简单分析，然后对其控制方法进行研究。然后进行电子控制机械变速器的结构分析及其控制方法的研究。最后引入自动变速器控制评价指标。关键字: 机械自动变速器,电子控制系统,控制模式Abstract Automation and electronization of the car of the summary have been the development trend of the car technology all the time, and the fluid drive technology of the car is the important component of the automatically controlled technology of the car. The automatically controlled machinery type automatic gear box (AMT) has of simple structure, transmission advantage apt to make with low costs with high efficiency, especially suit the current situation of the vehicle industry of our country, it is a key to the automatically controlled machinery type automatic gear box to control the method, the good control method can make AMT accord with best changing the shelf law, let the vehicle have good motive force nature and fuel economy. This text adopts and jointly controls the simple analysis of the structure of the automatic gear box to the electricity - liquid at first, then carry on research to its method of control. Then analyze and control the research of the method in structure of carrying on the electron and controlling the mechanical gear box.
