AGREEMENT（合同） This agreement is made on the _____________ day of ______________, 该合同签订于：……………………………………………………………………… BETWEEN CGC Nigeria Ltd Zobe Irrigation Project (hereinafter referred to as PART A) as one part（中的尼日利亚有限公司-以后称为A方，作为合同一方） AND _____________________________ (hereinafter referred to as PART B) as the other part. （以后称为B方，作为合同另外一方） WHEREAS PART A is constructing ZOBE IRRIGATION PROJECT PHASE I, and desirous to sub-contract out shaping、trimming main channel section by machine and to be ready for the conditions can be shaped、trimmed manually , PART B has agreed to carry out the said works with terms and conditions set out hereunder.（A方正在进行ZOBE灌溉项目的施工并希望将主渠道机械削坡、整坡达到人工修坡的要求，B发给同意按照以下的条款来承担这些工作） NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITHNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:（合同如下） PART B agrees to provide all necessary conditions up to par that shaping、trimming manually therewith for completing the said works.（B方同意为完成工作提供所有必要的达到标准的人工修坡条件） PART B has to finish the works in quantity and time required by PART A.（B方将按照A方规定的时间、数量、质量来完成工作）.The party B has to finish 60 linear meters per day (along channel center line). (沿渠道中心线每天完成60延米) The quality requirement: the distance between the surface of the shaping、trimming automatically and the bottom of the surface of the lining concrete should be about 6~8cm ,so that can continue the work manually next step.(质量要求：机械修坡表面距砼衬砌底部6-8cm 以便进行下一步的人工削坡 )。If the quality for finished works is not to part A satisfactory, part B has to rectify the same and the cost related has to be deducted from his sub-contract fee.
