Signature Owners Signature Charterers 租船合同规定装货和卸货时间分别为5个和5个良好天气工作日且分别计算，星期日、节假日除外、罢工除外。滞期时间连续计算，速遣时间按节省全部时间计算，滞期费每天10000美元，速遣费为滞期费的一半。假设装货港和卸货港时间事实记录如下：一船舶某航次的租船合同及装卸事实如下： （1）租船合同的有关内容 装货与卸货速度分别为500吨/天和1500吨/天，星期天和节假日均不予以计算；无论船舶在装港或卸港靠泊与否，只要报告船舶已做好装卸准备并已通过检疫，则装卸时间从此后的上午8时起算；船方应在习惯的办公时间内提交报告；如果在星期天、节假日或装卸时间起算之前，托运人安排装货，或者收货人安排卸货，船长应允许装卸作业。作业时间的一半计入装卸时间，但是星期六中午至星期一上午8时或节假日前一天的中午至该节假日的后一天上午8时这段时间，无论使用与否，均不计装卸时间；如有滞期，按每天1200美元支付滞期费，不足一天按比例计算，对于在装卸港节省的时间，按滞期费的一般支付
