临床结余药品调查分析与护理管理对策 　　【摘要】 目的：了解医院病区结余药品的情况，探讨如何减少临床剩余药品，提出可行管理对策。方法：通过医院HIS系统，调取2012-2014年医院病区药品结余的数据，利用Excel分析结余药品的品种、规格、数量、金额和结余科室等情况。结果：结余药品在医院临床普遍存在，共涉及292个品种，总金额3 225 750.39元，占总用药金额的1.62%。金额排名前三的科室是儿科、内科和呼吸病区；剩余药品大都为注射剂，其产生原因较多，存在安全隐患。结论：规范结余药品管理，制定并实施相关的护理措施，有利于减少药品浪费，保证药品质量和安全，从而保障患者的安全，是医院各相关部门的职责，更是护理管理者的职责。 　　【关键词】 结余药品； 调查分析； 护理管理； 对策 　　中图分类号 R194 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）31-0151-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the situation of drug balances and present management of our hospital incurrent.Method：The clinical data of drug balance from 2012 to 2014 havd been collected through the hospital HIS system.The drug balance including varieties，specifications，amounts，summations and the departments had been analyzed by Excel.Result：The drug balance involved 292 varieties in total and the total amount of money was 3 225 750.39 yuan which accounted for 1.62% of the total cost in medication.The amount of the top three wardswere pediatrics，medicine and respiratory ward.Most of drug balances were injections which were caused by many reasons and these situations could lead to security problems.Conclusion：Regulating the administration of drug balance，formulating and carrying out the relevant nursing techniques could be beneficial to reducing the drug waste，ensuring the quality of drugs and the safety of patients.These methods are not only the responsibility of the relevant departments of hospital，but also the responsibility of principal of nursing. 　　【Key words】 Drug balances； Analysis； Nursing management； Countermeasure 　　First-author’s address：Xinglin Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University，Xiamen 361022，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.31.075 　　病区结余药品（又称剩余药品）是因“拼用”药品、患者疾病转归等多种原因未使用的闲置药品，是医院公开的秘密[1-2]。剩余药品由于数量无帐可查，管理无据可依，是目前药品管理的盲区。 　　药品是特殊的商品，药品质量直接关系到医疗质量和患者生命安全。为了保证药品质量，缩短药品在病房存放周期，减少药品浪费，笔者所在医院实行护理医嘱电脑录入结余，住院药房审核和财务季度结算的模式管理结余药品。总结笔者所在医院近三年来结余药品的情况，分析结余药品的品种、数量、金额和存在科室等情况，并提出相关管理对策，制定减少剩余药品的措施，希望对其他医院有参考作用。 　　1 资料与方法
