以家庭为中心的护理干预对乳腺癌患者放射治疗依从性的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨以家庭为中心的护理干预对乳腺癌患者放疗治疗依从性的影响。 方法 选取2012年6月～2013年6月在我科行三维适形或调强放射治疗的80例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为干预组和对照组，各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预，干预组给予以家庭为中心的护理干预，比较两组患者治疗依从性的差异。 结果 干预组对健康知识的了解程度高于对照组，皮肤急性损伤程度低于对照组，治疗依从性高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 以家庭为中心的护理干预可以有效提高乳腺癌患者放射治疗依从性，减轻其负性情绪，降低放疗反应，改善其生活质量。 　　[关键词] 以家庭为中心的护理干预；乳腺癌；治疗依从性；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）01（b）-0188-04 　　Influence of family-centered nursing intervention on radiotherapy compliance in patients with breast cancer 　　ZHANG Yan 　　The Third Department of Radiology，Tumor Prevention and Cure Hopital of Taian City in Shandong Province，Taian 271000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of family-centered nursing intervention on radiotherapy compliance in patients with breast cancer. Methods 80 patients with breast cancer performed with three-dimensional conformal or intensity modulated radiation therapy in our department from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group，with 40 cases in each group.In the control group，conventional nursing intervention was provided，while in the intervention group，family-centered nursing intervention was applied.The difference of treatment compliance in the two groups was compared. Results The level of understanding health education content in intervention group was higher than that of control group，the degree of acute radioactive damage in skin was lower than that of control group，and treatment compliance was higher than that of control group，the differences between two groups were significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Family-centered nursing intervention can effectively improve the radiotherapy compliance in patients with breast cancer，alleviate negative emotions，decrease radiation reaction，and improve the quality of life. 　　[Key words] Family-centered nursing intervention；Breast cancer；Treatment compliance；Quality of life 　　乳腺癌已成为威胁全世界女性生命健康
