后腹腔镜术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 研究后腹腔镜术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的临床效果。 方法 选取2013年4月～2015年4月在我院确诊为肾上腺肿瘤的86例患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组43例。对照组患者接受常规开放式手术治疗，治疗组患者接受腹腔镜术治疗。比较两组的手术时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间、术中出血量、手术治疗效果及不良反应发生率。 结果 治疗组手术时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组的治疗总有效率为90.7%，显著高于对照组的69.8%（P0.05）。治疗组的不良反应发生率为2.3%，低于对照组的20.9%（P0.05）。 结论 后腹腔镜术治疗肾上腺肿瘤疾病的临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 后腹腔镜术；肾上腺肿瘤；良性肿瘤 　　[中图分类号] R699.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（b）-0053-03 　　Clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic in treating adrenal tumor 　　ZHANG Wei 　　Urology Surgery，Central Hospital of Liaoyang City in Liaoning Province，Liaoyang 111000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic in treating adrenal tumor. Methods 86 patients with adrenal tumor diagnosed in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected as study object.Patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group，and each group had 43 cases.The control group was accepted conventional open surgery，and the treatment group was accepted retroperitoneal laparoscopic.Operation time，postoperative activity out of bed days，hospital stay，blood loss during operation，surgery effect and adverse reaction number in two groups were compared. Results The operation time，postoperative activity out of bed days and hospital stay in treatment group was shorter than that of the control group respectively，and blood loss during operation was less than the control group，the differences between two groups were significance （P0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.7%，which was significantly higher than 69.8% of the control group（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was 2.3%，which was lower than 20.9% of control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic in the treatment of adrenal tumor disease has obvious clinical effect，it is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Retroperitoneal laparoscopic；Adrenal tumor；Benign
