四君子汤对过敏性紫癜患儿循环内皮祖细胞和肿瘤坏死因子α的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨四君子汤对过敏性紫癜（HSP）患儿循环内皮祖细胞（EPC）和肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）的影响。 方法 采用随机数字表法将2014年1月～2015年9月于华北石油总医院（以下简称“我院”）儿科门诊确诊的30例HSP患儿随机分为两组：实验组和对照组，每组15例，对照组给予常规治疗，实验组在此基础上加用四君子汤治疗，同时选取我院体检中心体检的15名健康儿童作为正常组。治疗前和治疗后1周，分别检测EPC数量和功能以及血清TNF-α水平。 结果 治疗前实验组和对照组循环EPC数量和TNF-α水平均明显高于正常组（P 0.05）。 结论 在常规治疗的基础上加用四君子汤能够更快地促进HSP患儿循环EPC和TNF-α的恢复。 　　[关键词] 过敏性紫癜；内皮祖细胞；肿瘤坏死因子α；四君子汤 　　[中图分类号] R725.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）03（a）-0100-04 　　Department of Examination Center， the General Hospital of North China Oil Field， Hebei Province， Renqiu 062552， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To assess the effects of Sijunzi Decoction for circulating endothelial progenitor cell （EPC） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in children with Henoch-Sch nlein purpura （HSP）. Methods Thirty children with HSP diagnosed in Department of Pediatrics of the General Hospital of North China Oil Field （our hospital for short） from January 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method： experimental group and control group， with 15 cases in each group. The children in control group were received conventional therapy， and the children in the experimental group were received Sijunzi Decoction， besides conventional therapy. Meanwhile， 15 healthy children from Department of Examination Center of our hospital were selected as the normal group. Before treatment and 1 week after treatment， the number and function of circulating EPC and levels of serum TNF-α were assessed. Results The number of circulating EPC and levels of serum TNF-α were all increased in the experimental group and control group compared with those in the normal group （P 0.05）.
