曲美他嗪治疗糖尿病伴冠心病患者的临床疗效 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨曲美他嗪治疗糖尿病伴冠心病的临床疗效。 方法 选取2012年6月～2014年6月我院收治的72例糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为研究对象，将其随机均分为实验组和对照组，对照组给予常规对症治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上加服曲美他嗪治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血糖及心功能指标的变化情况。 结果 实验组治疗有效率为94.4%，对照组为72.2%，实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），两组患者心功能指标变化比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在采用常规对症药物治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的同时加用曲美他嗪能明显改善患者心功能，提高心肌收缩，临床疗效显著，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词] 曲美他嗪；糖尿病；冠心病；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R541.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（b）-0125-03 　　Clinical efficacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease 　　ZHANG Li WANG Xiu-qiong 　　Department of Cardiovascular Medicine，Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Haizhu District in Guangzhou Provinve，Haizhu 510220，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of trimetazidine on treating diabetic patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From June 2012 to June 2014，72 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the control group，conventional symptomatic treatment was used，while in the experimental group，on the basis of the control group，trimetazidine was added.The clinical efficacy and changes of blood glucose and cardiac function before and after treatment were compared in the two groups. Results The clinical therapeutic effective rate in the experimental group was 94.4%，while the rate in the control group was 72.2%.The therapeutic effective rate in the experimental group was much higher than that of control group with a statistical difference （P0.05），but the difference in cardiac function was statistical （P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of diabetes mellitus and CHD by conventional symptomatic drugs，additional application of trimetazidine can greatly improve patient′s cardiac function as well as myocardial contraction with a remarkable clinical effect，which is worthy of expansion in clinic. 　　[Key words] Trimeta
